Phelps and Davis were based in Westbury, Wiltshire, their yard became Rygors after they finished, I think around 1980.
All meat haulage and a cold store in Trowbridge. Enjoyed working for them but pretty hard taskmasters. Any other old P&D
drivers out there ?
