Not in favour of free facilities because they ultimately get abused in this country and end up unpleasant ■■■■ tips very quickly.
Parking in truck parks should come at a cost to operators (not their employed drivers) in return for the upkeep and some actual security. I’m not defending it, but it’s no wonder so many operators won’t pay for parking when their trailers are getting their curtains slashed regardless & the land owners who have just rinsed them for £25 won’t take any responsibility for it…
