this was not one of peterlees .it belonged to reeder tsp . jim and peter were mates and when starting up had the same spec motos jims were a slit sade of blue lighter and no strip behind top door panal . this lorry never went across the water for us only on cobfret

Yea they were based in Braintree. I remember talking to the drivers as a boy, the trucks used to arrive back in Braintree black with dirt, bullet holes in the grill, great!!

That F16 did not belong to Peterlee trucking. Very close colour but peters where slightly darker and had another silver stripe near the sleeper panel behind the side windows. That truck belonged to Jimmy reader from maldon i think. Peter had two white F16s one lhd on GB spedition the other was rhd on coblefret out of harwich at first then went over the water.
I used to work for Peter for quite a while.
