Pertemps Ltd company self billing

peirre:
Robbo I Suspect you have missed the point of this thread.

Absolutely not pierre, I think you are missing my point in the thread that I posted. HMRC have taken test cases to court regarding Managed Service Company Legislation, lets be honest how many people have even heard of this legislation…not many I guess, at least not until recently. HMRC are looking at the relationship between Ltd Co’s, Agencies and third parties ie mickey mouse “accounting” firms, eg Think Accounting.
Agencies pushing their own nominated payroll companies at drivers either for a fee or not and not correctly invoicing in the conventional way could fall under the legislation mentioned, there are many grey areas in the legislation. The point I was making is stay clear from anything that involves agencies or other third parties trying to control your Ltd company. Agencies are there to supply work…end of.
Your comment that most drivers are rubbish at generating a valid invoice is a very wide sweeping statement.

I work for Pertemps Camberley office as ltd company and I have never heard of this. I invoice Pertemps my hours and they pay a week later. Simples

Sounds good to me mate! I was posting regarding the original thread when matthabens stated that he was being controlled by his agency regarding invoicing.

love how the worlds greatest agency driver give advice like this to others and matt for me its not hard to provide an invoice printed off from a pc that portrays you as a professional not some amature

You’re so funny. You want to be portrayed as a professional but can’t use punctuation at the level of a 5 year old nor spell a simple word like amateur correctly. I assume the above was supposed to be two sentences but because of your complete inability to use capital letters and fullstops it just looks like stuff I’d expect from kids in reception year to produce.

You’d look more professional if you posted like you actually went to school and had an education. I hate to think what the letters you send to clients and what your terms of business you get your clients to sign look like.
