A revoked licence and Stobarts never checked it?? Not as perfect as they think then.
It doesn’t actually say that his licence was revoked while driving for them.

These could easily have been prior to joining them, having regained his licence he got a full time job.
“At the time his Hgv licence was revoked”.
That says to me that at the time of said incident, whilst driving for Eddie Stobart, his licence was revoked? No?

It is possible his licence was revoked since his last check and he told no one. There are people like this in all parts of the Industry. At least there is one less now.

To be honest they are people that work there who actually belive that.
I was once parked outside tesco at goole and a stobart spotter asked if he could take a photo of my truck,he started talking to me and said “when do you think you will be ready to work for stobarts” I thought he was joking but no,he was deadly serious.
