Mrs ROG has some questions which I cannot answer - nothing new there then 
This is to do with retirement ages and not the right to state pensions.
1 - Is there an official retirement age 
2 - Does it differ for men & women
3 - Can a company policy state any retirement age it wants to
No 3 is interesting because if yes, then a company who wants to keep an under 30s work force and has no company pension plan (no outlay) could do so - that cannot be right
