If I’m reading this correctly,
it will be the same as a mobile phone, DON’T use it whilst driving, other than that it keeps all your scheduled work on there, just a fancy bit of paper to clutter up your cab.
As long as your gully truck is taxed, mot’d and insured, it should be legal.
If you haven’t got anything to hide, you ain`t got anything to worry about
