Is there any software out there which will allow me to manually add my hours, driving time, other duties, rest periods and weekly rest so I can keep track of weekly rest periods needed and when ect as I sometime have a split weekly rest as I work for an agency and dont want to mess things up hours wise and risk a fine or fines

Do you have a database or spread-sheet such as MS Access or Excel on your computer, if so you could easily design your own system.
Alternatively you could use a book such as a diary.
easy if you now how. is there any software out there though?
Anything that is out there will probably cost a fair bit. As said by others, the easiest way to do it would be to either keep a diary of the hours you’ve done or make up a database. Despite how it seems it isn’t that hard to do.
With the right fields something can be written up I’m sure from someone
I won’t volunteer to write one yet but if you list teh fields you want in it we can take it from there…

No such thing as split weekly rest. Weekly rest is one continuous period of at least 24 hours for reduced and at least 45 hours for regular. Just thought i would mention it as it could leave you open to a fine if you are working to this.
