I just found o decent job offer pretty close to my place of live and there are few key benefits making me interested of it. However one of them is payments through Nova. And I can’t find what is this about. Can you guys explain me how it works. This is agency job.

Been done to death in many threads on here. Umbrella and LTD companies can see you in trouble with HMRC.

Umbrella is a huge rip off now.avoid it .
Run away very very fast 
Nova charge you usually £15+ a week to work out your tax etc, and pay a commission to the agency for employing them on your behalf. So basically a total waste of your money.
If its transline who are the agency, run even faster!
