By how much has your pay increased since last year?
Mine increased the year before by 34%, 3% last year because it was already a good paying place. Agency I’m at have upped rated by 40-60%.
About 24%, around 3 months ago.
About 15%.
Hard because I’ve jumped jobs so I’ll do a then and now kinda thing.
In March before all the pay rises started off I was on £11.80 flat.
Today it’s all premium based but on average (money earned divided by hours worked) I’m on just north of £17ph.
So whats that about 30% or so?
Was on 10.50 now on 12 quid an hour . Based in Leeds . I don’t know where all these 80k a year jobs are but there’s nothing advertised up here unless your tramping out all week maxing your hours . So I’m not quite earning as much as an airline pilot like the news makes out

Hourly or weekly ? I started the year ish on £15 ph do mon - thurs , then changed to £28 k doing 5 nights mon - fri ,now £20-£25 ph mon - wed
I doubt I earn much more than a year ago , weekly , but then I only do 3 days not 4 , nights looks bad money wise but it was a 3 min walk from house , so if I’d of stayed could of done away with car , + holiday pay etc
Not really bothered about money , the 3 days mon - wed suits me , didn’t like rolling in door 3/4/5 sat morn ,nights ,affected health a lot , 4 days was ok but got fed up getting up m1 on a Friday evening
Still looking , I’ll take a hourly pay cut if I can get the 3 days local , instead of 3 days agency all over place , security , flt would do me , but most want 5/6
£3 an hour plus £100 monthly attendance bonus if work a full month and get no tacho infringements.
I’ve been there 4 years
Yet past year or so seem go through drivers like anything. God knows why as jobs.not that bad really.
No trackers no cameras dedicated truck and just left to get on with it.
Only issue people don’t seem to like is you could do your delivery then be sat around.for hours while they find you another job to do
