I’ve never had this before , so this new mob took over on 1 st July so when will I get my first pay packet ( end July / end aug )
I’d ask them but it’s a shambles , no way to book hols , ring for start time to be told your not on days work rota , ask you what days you work , we will ring you back , don’t bother I’ll have day off .

I’d imagine it will be between the 21st and the 25th. You should be able to log in online, which will give you access to your payslips, which also shows the date of the next payroll run.
There is also a section where you can see your shifts and put in holiday requests.

This reminds me of my former work place where they got rid off the pay roll staff, three of them , where I could simply ring them or go and see them in the office,to replace them with an app, to book holidays, check the wages and other personal administrative options.
