Printers vote for 13.5% pay cut
Workers at the Goodhead Group, one of the UK’s biggest magazine printing firms, have voted to accept a 13.5% cut in their basic pay rates.

Seems fair enough if it saves the firm, saves jobs and most folk agree. Typical bull from the union though.
If they are happy what does it matter?
I used to work for this shower of …,they gave them a 10% payrise to go on a 24/7 shift pattern (2 days,2nights,4 off) now they’ve took 13.5% off them and theyre still on the new shift pattern 
Only time I’d take a pay cut is if EVERYONE in the company did, from GM down.
