Seems fair enough if it saves the firm, saves jobs and most folk agree. Typical bull from the union though.
If they are happy what does it matter?
I used to work for this shower of …,they gave them a 10% payrise to go on a 24/7 shift pattern (2 days,2nights,4 off) now they’ve took 13.5% off them and theyre still on the new shift pattern
Only time I’d take a pay cut is if EVERYONE in the company did, from GM down.
