Hello again Kevin, I remember that day well, spent all day in the garage then after we got going in the evening a chap was knocked off his motorbike in front of you, ( bit of a long day ). E497 ANN was indeed my truck until B.I closed down, wish I had taken more photos. Dave.
Back on the road again?
Definitely Dorchester.
I hope they do migrating all the photos over I miss seeing trucks and companies that are local to me ![]()
Yep definitely…
I know because my favourite part of Dorchester is on the right of that pic, ok maybe not then but it is today…
Wetherspoons btw.![]()
Good to see you back Dean ![]()
Nice one Dean. Great pic of the ERF. Paul Gee seems to have taken several good pictures of Phil Horridge’s LHD ERFs ![]()
Its a bit dead on here… ![]()
I remember you did removals so heres a couple of American ones.

Ro, That ERF turned up a few months ago in a new batch of pics.
Thanks Dean. I did work on removals here in Oz for a while, including a few jobs on step-frame semi-trailer vans which was novel: on the plus side, the loading ramp was wide and low and dead easy; I wasn’t so keen on how much stuff you could get in them ![]()
Some stuff about Bennett Interoute with pictures at post 4967 on Part 1 of this thread. Thought this might chime.
Remember going to Bennett’s tard in Milton Common when they ran T45’s, used to go there to fir the night heaters in them.
