Hi dean the Hanson is an owner operator ,I have never seen one around they are mainly volvos ,there are some old wagons which are dafs ,the wagons I took pics of are all owned by contractors,their is a load of plain scania artics with Hanson tippers which are Eddie stobart he has got into the concrete game now he got a couple of artic cement mixers

POD Robinson and Mick Cook took some photos in A E Evans’ Sheffield depot early 70s. POD sadly died a few months ago but his brother gave me permission to post his and Mick’s photos.

Ref. the Esso trailer,it looks very much like a Fibre Glass one that Shell tried out.I stand to be corrected but IIRC it’s the same shape as the Shell one.Regards,900x20.
