If people are posting these photos on facebook or anywhere else online can they please
respect Pauls wishes and leave the copy right on his and Mark’s photos. Apparently someone
is posting the photos without the copy right on them.

Paul is not impressed.

If anyone wants a photo without a copy right on it they only have to contact me. I have sent
loads to people for there own personal use without the copy right on. Paul has been as good as
gold and has not turned anyone down that has asked for a photo. All he asks is that any of his
or Mark’s photos posted online have the copy right displayed.

I am sorry to have to post this message as 99% of people on here respect his wishes. However if
it carries on then the photos will have the copy right plastered across them,or he may decide
not to let me have any more photos. If anyone sees any of these photos posted without the
copy right can they please contact me.

Just looked at the pic I re.posted (on Trucknet only :bulb: ) on p122 of the Smith bros ERF Dean.
I snap shotted it on my phone to enlarge it to send to the ERF driver’s son, then put it back on the thread, and it inadvertantly removed the name, so I’ve removed it off the thread anyway…Sorry if I was one of those who offended your mate, but I can assure you it was not intentional.

No not having a go at you “robroy” or any of the member’s on here.Like i said 99% of people respect Paul’s
wishes to leave the copyright in place. There are just one or two people that have been copying the pics
and leaving the copyright off on purpose which is wrong.

Most people on this forum use other people’s pics including me but i never remove someones copyright.
Most of the pics on facebook are posted by people that never took the pics. If people never used pics
they found online then the whole forum would basically shut down as there would be nothing to look at.
It was just the fact that the “copyright was being left off on purpose” that annoyed Paul. He has always
asked people to honour that, and has never had a problem with people posting his pics on other sites.
There are several member on here that run facebook groups and have used loads of his pics which is
fine as they leave the copyright in place.
