Wonder if that six wheel tipper has a prototype cab fitted that was meant for the gas turbine truck.

Thanks for the kind comments E.W. ! I can normally recall many things from all those years ago quite clearly but I sometimes have difficulty recalling what happened a week or so ago !

Now you cannot convince me that this was an accident, this is a fire which was caused by a lit cigarette end thrown out of a passing car by some low life into a drag trailer loaded with hay, you cant convince me they did not know what they were doing, the driver managed to disconnect the prime mover so saved that, not only did it close the M5 motorway it caused untold damage to the trailer, motorway and massive delays, this is arson and hope who ever caused it is caught & held to book, sympathy to the owner of the truck though I do not know him

Not much rope visible on the wagon’n’drag loaded with…is it reels?
If very light, foam(?) it would be ok, but surely it can’t be paper?

Looks the right size, but were there round “bales” back in the day? I only remember the rectangular ones, but could easily be wrong.
