6hrs later usual usa speedy tip
This really is “Past and Present”. First ever “Tautliner”, built in the late 60s.
Many years later, returned to Boalloy in Congleton, the offside restored as
original, the nearside to a more recent specification. I believe the trailer
is now in The Science Museum, London ■■?.
Thank you to Angela and Craig Pickering at Boalloy for the picture.
Regards, Ray Smyth.

Both obviously with a travelling circus.
The Peterbilt as a Tennessee reg plate. I could not see a UK plate.
The Kenworth Aerodyne as a UK plate and normally be hooked up to the trailer behind it.
Both in a beautiful condition, OTT to our eyes perhaps, but a welcome sight nonetheless.
Can’t see you turning in at ashwood Dale with that John .
Where did you see this contraption Lawrence and what is it, something to do with North Sea Oil I guess ?
Here are some images of activity in Scapa Flow last week including a walk towards Scapa distillery for a sniff but the wind was in the wrong direction.
Cheers, Leyland 600.
