Aye Nuttals they built this dam for The Scotish Hydro, I have been to it, & its worth a visit, the road up to it is unbelievabley narrow.
Great pics MOC and Lawrence, the Giorra Dam, I have to confess, never heard of it until today, built in the 50s it says at the top of Glen Lyon, after best part of 40 years south side of the border I am only now exploring the geography, with the Outer Hebrides top of the list.
