Back in business again, same old sputer, new hard disk, new start, hopefully a few more miles, a bit like myself, knackered
, still hoping to recover stuff from the hard disk that refuses to boot.

Thanks for that Dave, yes it stuttered once or twice, so cloned the main hard disk OS a while ago, a just in case precaution for what did eventually happen, tho’ not out of the woods yet

Also had a Freewheel, which if I remember rightly was a knurled knob below the dash, when turned on gave you an “out of gear” option, freewheeling, hopefully someone knows more than I can remember and sort it out a bit better technically.

This was taken on The Close outside Mansion House Wharf, Where the Copthorne Hotel stands now, Im just a young lad 25 year old, Baxters was a great firm to work for in those days , They worked you hard but they paid good money & exs, & allways asked you to do something , never told you to do it, They were the good old days IMO, Regards Larry.

Hi Larry, Stayed at the copthorne a few times about 10 years ago, when my daughter was looking at Universities and fancied Newcastle. I seem to remember old buildings on the other side of the road, which may have been warehouses once, but with ferns growing out of them then - or is that a false memory?
