We used to service one of those Neville Dumptrailers behind a D series Ford back in the 70’s, it was permantly coupled but the owner did carry the landing legs with him just in case! :slight_smile: Amazing that any have survived really.

Is this Annan Or Hexham Factory ? I used to load regularlaly out of The Hexham Plant in the late 60s Early 70s, It was a bit off a mystery to me I used to take the loads to Hull tip at King Geo Dock & Then re-load with a similar type of board & deliver it to South Shields to Reeve Timber Ltd, ■■?, But It kept me & a lot more drivers in full employment, Regards Larry.

Here are a few more Sentinels. The eight wheeler was first built by them. It only came about because of
an accident. The weight limits were penalising steamers so there was a concession which allowed eight leggers
to be built within limits. AEC built the first diesel version.
