All the aerodynamic qualities of a breeze-block :unamused: , she must have been a ■■■■■ in the high-winds :open_mouth:

Hopefully someone on here can educate me, why wasn’t this cab ever offered in the UK? Or was it but there were no takers, or not enough interest to make it viable?

Spotted this in Darwen today.

What can I say… you’ve done the thread proud    big thanks to Stanfield, truckfing, kevmac47, Lawrence Dunbar, adr, TIDDERSON, bma finland, grandarom, lurpak and cattle wagon man yes very
My sojourns took me through Geordieland to Lincoln, back up the A57, A1, Scotch Corner and A66 to Penrith, home via Glasgow and the A82 to Fort William , to Drumnadrochit, lots of pictures.
A while ago I posted this first pic, (taken a few years ago) well I found myself at the very yard of Coastal Recoveries at Mablethorpe and on asking permission form the owner was given the freedom of the yard with assurance that the very noisy guard dog was safely contained. So my pic from last week. More later

It’s good to see so many pictures of vehicles from Hanson Transport/Hanson Haulage. The company is still going strong after some 165 years (ish some reports show 1848 startup others show 1846) and if wanted I could add many photos to the thread from the last 70-80 years.

cattle wagon man:
Sorry the photo is small.
Im still experimenting with the new laptop and scanner . Maybe,.....just maybe.......Ill eventually get the hang of these new contraptions. :unamused:

Cheers , cattle wagon man.

Hi cwm, a wee fix for you.

Hi Emexruiser, welcome  … your photos would be well received on this thread, I have a Hanson AEC pic from a book given to me in 1947, I’ve posted it before but will dig it out again for you.
Cheers
