That looks as if it is coming up to Salterbrook bridge on Woodhead just before the Derbyshire/ Yorkshire border from Manchester towards Sheffield and I did not know it had acquired a fancy new name but I am getting ancient now   Revman will correct me if I am wrong ( again )

Looks like a six-potter Brian. So could be 6x1100 gallons or 6x5000 litres or even more. Last tank I had was 35000 litres cap,a three potter. It’s along time ago when the max amount of pet spirit in one pot was 600 galls. Then it went to 800 galls, then a 1000,then 1100 galls. In 1994,last time I was on tanks you could carry up to your full weight of benzene, toluene, cyclo etc.(all pet spirits) in one pot.Don’t know what it is now and couldn’t give a bugger.

Think of the productivity that management are getting out of the drivers by pulling one of those about. I remember when weights went up to 38 ton, shiny new motors came and management said “that’s yours, off you go”. I don’t think so, let’s be talking about a LITTLE bit more money for the extra productivity that will be generated.
The shiny new machines stood there for a couple of months, we came to a compromise, everybody was happy.

Even more brass for driving this lot  .

For Brian and happiness for gom a real motor(no not the minivan) .
