Motor Panels of Coventry should have made an advert like that for their ubiquitous lorry cabs!

Credit to Dave Fawcett for these show motors in France.

The fourth picture shows a Ford Zodiac of the same year and colour of the one I had! I think it must be what was known as the Zodiac Executive and came with leather upholstery etc…

The ‘Exec’ was generally a Mk4 never heard that related to Mk3.
The photo shows Mk3 Zodiac , looks like a Mk1 Zephyr/Zodiac under the cover and a Mk2 Zephyr.

Mine was definitely a Mk3 Executive. The paint colour was specific to the Executive too. It was the top of the range Zodiac at the time. You may recall that Ford used a couple of terms to denote the up-market models, Executive, an E suffix (ex: Cortina 1600E) and then Ghia.

The Silver Cross pram is missing its chrome hub caps from the wheel centre’s !!

Knock a few hundred pound off the price !

The wife and I had a similar one for our first born ( second hand ) we also had a series 3 Long wheel base safari Landrover, the pram and child went into the back without tipping the rear seats forward, not very PC in this day and age.

Regards

John
