Hi, I have a couple of queries I hope someone can help with. Firstly, I have a temporary password as I forgot my own one - how do I go about changing this to a new one? Also, can someone confirm if subsistence/meal allowance/expenses are mandatory for coach drivers as well as lorry drivers?
Can’t help with the password, but subsistence/meal allowance expenses are not mandatory for either coach drivers or lorry drivers. It’s up to your employer/your contract of employment as to whether you get them.

And the tax allowances and the rules around eligibility apply to every single individual in the UK, not just drivers.
