Passing a row of parked cars

Have the rules changed,when it is my right of way,every day,anywhere,the cars that should wait for me do not,they all folllow each other in a pack,but when a truck barges through,when it is a cars right of way,all hell breaks loose,and we get abuse and the coffee offer hand shake,have the rules in the highway code changed over night?They have all asumed that a truck will let the whole world pass through,and his dog,on the way to their shopping trip,delaying my schedule is not their problem.

if your passing parked cars & have to cross the white line then the oncoming vehicles have right of way & you must also indicate out to overtake them. if you do not have to cross the white line then both ways of traffic have right of way & no need to indicate. not hard to follow realy.

If you have right of way, then its plain ignorance. the old ‘oh lets get out past that big scary truck’ mentality. I’d barge through and force them to move. Might teach them a lesson. Not my fault if they don’t know the rules of the road.

I saw the children playing hopscotch in lane 3 on the motorway,they were not wearing knock me down hi viz bibs.

Had this the other day I’m on a clear side of the road loaded to the max and traffic keeps coming past parked cars putting them on my side so I slow down but don’t really want to come to a complete stop and they just keep coming despite the gap where they can pull in so finally I close the door on the ■■■■■■ who gives no eye contact and is really taking the **** Anyone would think it was my fault for being there and amber flashing beacons are for decoration ■■
