i passed my module 4 cpc 20th december. i forgot to ask the examiner the next step, will i have to apply for the cpc card or will the just send it to me?

The DQC gets sent you to automatically when you have passed both practical mods 3 (on road drive) and 4 (cpc)
You need to do nowt
