Hey guys! Got my Hgv 2 course booked for later this year. Was wondering two things. Firstly, can you acquire a driving job after passing the initial cpc qualification but without doing 35 hours of cpc training? Secondly is there any learning material that I can have a look at regarding my cpc theory/practical? Thanks in advance!

mod4: there is 2 things i used 1. tockwithtraining.co.uk/LGV_CPC_Questions.pdf
and yes you can, you only have to do the 35H over the next five years to keep your CPC. so after you pass mod1,2,3&4 you can drive straght off but most places i tryed wanted you to have your cards back from the DVSA first.
P.S. don’t forget you digi card for when you have passed, you can apply for one now if you want.

Passing initial dcpc gives you a 5 year DQC and during that 5 years you need to do 35 periodic for a further 5 years and so on

One quick question, with those 20 questions you sent a link to, is there any other questions or are those the only questions you would get asked?
They are the only ones, they will only ask you 5 questions, one from each section and as you can see section 4&5 are always the same question and section 3 is just the same question asked 3 different ways but all with the same answer. so you know 3 of the 5 questions before the start of the test. also for section/question 5 you can have a bit of paper or card with the answers on so you can just say and do what you have on the paper
