Dont park in a no park zone and you wont get a ticket :unamused:
Makes my blood boil nowadays just watching some jobsworth prick sneaky about to get the ticket done away from the vehicle he is ticketing. In Nottingham they also take a photo of the vehicle with the ticket on, but at the end of the day I just dont take the chance anymore been stung a few times :laughing:

As i wrote, I have nothing against getting ticket if parked wrong. My point is that if I parked wrong, I got no ticket, and now they want me to pay double saying that I was given a ticket which I never received, so wasn’t aware of that I have to pay.

As for Truckertone: yeas, I know that but everywhere in my neighbourhood are fresh painted lines.

I think they might see me when I stopped outside my flat to get some Ikea furniture upstairs…

If you have a FINE then you will have to pay. If you have a parking notice you have no need to pay.Do check before writing a cheque.

No yellow line but I got a fine!

Woman around here parked her Suzuki jeep legally, couple of hours later council came and painted yellow lines behind and in front of her car, couple of hours later again a traffic warden came and booked her.

No, she didn’t have to pay :stuck_out_tongue:
