There’e a layby with a Starbucks in it just at the start of the M23 which I think you can park overnight in. Other than that, there are the usual supermarket car parks and a large (Esso I think) garage on the A3 a few miles after the Tolworth Tower.
I wouldn’t recommend parking nearer than that to your drop, for all the usual reasons! 
Railton road Brixton you will be safe enough just don’t get out the cab.

Canadian Avenue, about 50m along from the junction with the A205. Opposite the sports ground entrance.
