I am guessing I am a few days to late for this, but you can park at Via Roma, 80-90, 47921 Rimini. near the centre of Rimini and you are only a short walk from all of the day and night life, also Rimini has the oldest English bar in Italy The Rose and Crown opened in 1964 it shows British football etc on the weekends, serves English beer and food, also serves Italian food

As it happens I maybe doing the same trip again tomorrow to Cattolica just south of Rimini but as there is jack in Cattolica I may look this place up.
just as a point though, the parking is just that, no other facilities so if you aren’t self contained you might have to consider somewhere else, I stopped there for 5 days once and used the local swimming pool for showers etc and a near by McD’s for toilets in the morning. The pub didn’t have any English staff but everyone spoke good English last time I was there and the beach was only a few minutes walk and it was the summer
It was a couple of years ago since I was there, the pub is still going strong and street view still shows the parking as being there, you may get blocked in during the day so if you do use it arrive late in the afternoon and aim to leave before 9 in the morning.
Got a sprinter van load of stuff to deliver 8am on Monday to Rimini and was wondering if anyone could recommend somewhere decent to park up on Sunday night.
It is best to find an industrial area out of town, and walk or bike to Rimini,i dropped some gaming machines off there, and parked in their yard, the town is too small for lorries, but it is not impossible. The town centre,is better,on the seafront,or the promenade,at the end of the old harbour, there are a few bars and nightclubs, and take away joints, the Italians love their home made ice cream.
I misread your post, you can park the van anywhere in the town, the seafront, come off the national free road SS16,there is the main shopping area with international designer shops, the old part of the town. There is a strip joint, open all night Peppermint Rhino,or some name like that, eastern european girls. It will be quiet down there this time of the year.
The truck and van drivers restaurants may be closed at weekends, all the motorway services are open 24/7/365,so maybe grab a meal then find a good â– â– â– â– â– â– â– â– â– â– â– â– .Lights on in the day,it is their law,Lavaza coffee all over the place.
The rural roads are very slow, tractors, harvesting machines, and they are worn out,and very badly sign posted.
Cheers Toby for the info.
Have fun,the beach seafront is very long,i had my bike with me,it is safe and secure,i had no cab break ins,i would find a night club, and have a few sherberts, the only thing to do.
For food at night, they shut early, and are hard to find a decent place.
