Looking for somewhere to park a tractor unit around Ormskirk, be arriving Sunday night and leaving Monday night, any suggestions. Ideally could do with some sort of facilities (toilet, wash basin will do)

Try Ormskirk Rugby club if your unit only, it’s on Green Lane just off the A59 L39 1ND, (no way with a trailer) park against to the dry stone wall between the road & the club house, it’s only a couple of hundred yards from the town centre with various eating options. Not sure of anywhere to shower, but the swimming baths is only 400 yards away so could be a source of facilities, it’ll be fairly quiet so you should be able to sleep.

Just had conformation I’ll be dropping trailer half way between Ormskirk and Southport, so might give Rugby Club a try
