Hi, doing a weekend job to Glasgow tomorrow. Customer is paying for a hotel. Will need to come and go to and from the city centre over the weekend.
Does anyone know of a premier inn type hotel that’s near to the centre but where I can park an 18 tonner without too many problems?

Plenty space there either in their car park or the service road next to it has a layby. Decent area round here unlikely anyone will pinch your wheels.
10/15 min drive to city centre.
I always parked at the SEC and nipped up past the fire station to Stirling Castle, the pub, not the fort

There’s plenty round there to keep you occupied when not working. Restaurants, cinema, bowling etc all available at Intu next door.

Left the wagon on double yellows in city centre from 8am Sunday till 1am Monday and not so much as a ticket in 17 hours parked there!

Just watch for the bus lanes near George Square , I got napped in the work van and sent a fine
