Anywhere decent to park near Dorsten , It’s about a hour or so from Asten , but i don’t fancy Asten, Got to be on the door step monday morning,Thx

where are you Tipping in Dorsten because you may find all the parking gone as
every one try,s to park up early due to lack of parking ,you may be lucky and find a space in the industrial area but its now 0115hrs german time and thats a bad time ,
if you can try to park on the last parking area of the A57 before it joins the A42 you may find a spare spot if you are lucky ,

That is a good one but you will have to get their early as
it gets full quickly, they have a good name , But the down point
is you will be advised to leave after 0900hrs german time as
the rush hour traffic is bad along this stretch of road ,
Another place to park would be Bottrop–Sud on the A2
this means you are not too far from Dorsten , and being
Sunday/Monday you should get a place to park, Plus it has a maut
machine their as well so you can book your maut from their to Dorsten
no problems ,

Thankyou for all replies, Tipping a removal on monday in Dorsten so the Autohof sugested will suit me fine

Just one point: There is no on slip back onto the Autobahn at the exit you use to get to the Autohof.

You have to hang a RIGHT when leaving the spot and drive a couple of clicks through the wonderful scenery of Duisburg to rejoin the Autobahn at the next junction.

Arrived saturday evening too find portacabins and a lot of building work going on,needless to say i didnt stay, felt a bit out of place as i didnt have flip flops or a tracksuit, I’ll give it a look another time,Thx for all replies all the same
