Looking at getting to park up in Forfar Monday night but never been that side of Scotland so any recommendations would be greatly appreciated, cheers
When you come of A90 and take the A94 for Forfar thethere’s a McDonald’s kfc etc and I have seen plenty trucks parked in there. Been a while since I have been up that way. But aways seen folk in there. And it’s prob 5-10 mins into Forfar from there.

There’s an industrial estate to your left, just after the McD’s. It’s got a Beefeater type pub on it, trucks often parked down that road as well.
I don’t think there’s much in the way of truck parking in Forfar itself>
There is also a truckstop about 10 miles further North, on the other side of Brechin at Stracathro. It isn’t the best, but it does decent enough food, has showers etc. Hot food is only served up until 8pm or 8.30 I think, they close at 9. It doesn’t have a bar but you can buy bottles/cans or beer in the petrol station, which is where the 24hr toilet is.
Parked there myself, nice and quiet. The estate one.
