Parking in bochum

i will be in bochum about mi-day sunday, till about lunchtime monday,is there anywhere decent and safe to park two 3.5t curtainsiders with access to grub and a pub cheers in advance carl

the problem is Sundays is not a good day
put Irish pub in bochum into GOOGLE
and you will find two but they are in the center
of bochum, there is a garage on the B1 BY
Bochum-stahlhausen in the direction of VENLO
MULHEIM ESSEN; if you park here you can
walk to a pub up the road in the direction
of Dortmund also when they open the cafe
up it has excellent food and cheap,
is this any good

Is that the place opposite the end of the Westbound off ramp for Bochum/Stahlhausen ?

We do a bit of work around there, but it’s always an ‘in and out job’ on a Wednesday afternoon, on our way to the ferry home. I’ve never had time to check it out.

hi simon yes it is,there is parking either at the garage
or on the street next to it,

Would this be the Shell Garage or the one before?

do you have to park in Bochum? if not there are a few places near by, 11km away is an Autohof at
Willy-Brandt-allee
45891
Gelsenkirchen
If it isn’t too far away you could always park at Venlo as well, about an hour away

Neither, if you’re west bound, come off at Bochum/Stahlhousen junction. On the opposite side of the road is a large workshop type of garage and a fair sized parking area. Theres a resto’ there to, but like I said, I’ve never even dropped in there.
Eastbound, come up to the top of the sliproad and turn left, Its on the left,

Tbh, it looks a bit rough, I’d rather use another option, like that Authof over at Gelsenkirchen.

when coming from Dortmund it is before the big SHELL
which has a extra large parking area, and if you come
from VENLO you go past MacDonald and aslo D&W
car part showroom with the plane stuck out front
you take he next exit turn LEFT and take the 2nd
turning on the right (as the first goes back on to
the B1 A40; you will see the garage on your
right hand side now, take the next Right ,.

thanks for the replies lads will check em out,i dont need to tip in bochum till mid-day mon so can park on the outskirts
