Parking Ethics Query

Yes, you’re right-you do live on a nice estate. …and you’re gonna park a bus there? :open_mouth: The bloke with the conservatory is gonna be well ■■■■■■ off opening his curtains and seeing an abandoned lorry! Where are you doing the conversion?

Thanks for the alternative POV’s, something extra to think about.

Think I am gonna bite the bullet and go with the storage facility tbh, for all the hassle and worry of the alternatives it will shake out the better option in the end.

So imagine this scenario… I live in the house opposite where you want to park, one day I come home with my Winnebago and want to park it outside my house… need I say more :open_mouth:

That looks like a nice residential area and the last thing I would want to see is a converted mobile library parked outside 24/7. I have a boat and would love to park it on the road outside my house but would not even think about doing it.

Just get a sign writer to put “GCHQ Internet Monitoring Unit” on it, you will be fine.

Btw,you have clearly tinted the front windows on your bus, they will have to be removed it’s illegal to tiny front windows.

 very good guys

My home Wi-Fi is called “Police Surveillance Van #02” to keep the neighbours guessing

probably better than calling it the local “al Qaeda terrorist cell”

Think about the house prices ,you’d never buy a house with that parked out side .

Oops wrong thread

Yup your right, I have found alternative arrangements locally for £20 p/m , given the area I live in is so nice, and given I value my own house price I completely appreciate what your saying, sometimes the theory can look ok but some alternative opinions can open your mind a little deeper, hence the thread, thanks again to those who contributed ideas and opinions.

I sometimes bring a bus home similar size to a library bus.I get home at 21.00 and leave at 07.45.The old git next door is a retired minister but does not forgive a trespass against him.Glad that you have found another arrangement.

Might be wrong, but would it have to be lit on the offside?

I’d just like to say hello to all the girls and boys at GCHQ.
