Hi, looking in a previous thread albeit 2007/8 there was a mention of Parking in Stranraer. Past the port, and police station and second r/o right turn. I’ve looked on google maps and it does show a car park that is road marked for Lorry Parking.
Is this parking still available? No requirement for facilities just parking overnight.

Haven’t been there for a couple of months but I reckon it will be.
It’s one of the best places, near to the town and shops. Waking up beside the seaside. Living the dream.

Once the boats have gone, it’s like a ghost town up there. Park anywhere!
and a Tesco extra to stock up with food right on the roundabout , a cafe and a few take aways as well all close by .
