Went to collect a pallet today for Holland started to fill out the CMR and asked where the pallet was going “ummm not sure possibly Holland we don’t have an address” came the reply. I knew it was for Holland but explained that without an address it would be a problem if stopped by customs and could result in the loss of the pallet. “oh ok hang on a minute” he disappeared for no more than a minute and returned with all the relevant details so why did he not just bring them out in the first place instead of playing stupid. After all you would think that working in the goods out he would know where they export to but then again maybe not!
