Hi anyone worked for these or any knowledge?
Hours?
Pay?
Work itself?
Any Experience?
Thanks
I worked for these via agency about 18 months ago, to be honest they are not too bad.
All mdf, chipboard, plywood etc, vehicle is loaded overnight all you have to do is check the load and strap up.
They speak to you respectfully and when I went there I was sent out with another driver for the first few days, after that I was spare
and if everybody turned in I was sent out with another driver.
Your route is planned out and loaded in order, occasionally the planners got a little bit ambitious with the daily workload but
where doesn’t.
6 am start and the latest I finished was 6.30 pm, normal finishing time between 4 and 5 pm.
Trucks are all looked after and there is a mechanic on site if you need something minor sorting out.
Most drivers there have worked there for a while and are very helpful if you want to know anything
all this info is 18 months old and things may have changed.
