Hi guys, wondered if anyone could help as i cant seem to find 2 many online
what sort of price do these bigger companies charge for transporting per pallet?
And what is a reasonable price? Based on a 40ft or do they tend to base it on £pm.
any help would be much appreciated

Here is my advice based on another slant.
How much do you want to earn?
Work out the cost of the truck, trailer, O license, Insurance, tax, wage, liability/indemnity/public insurance, repair bills, fuel, servicing costs, VAT and the other incidentals in running a business.
Calculate the annual cost per year, divide it by the amount of days you fancy working, divide that by the amount of runs you want to do per day, divide that by 26 pallets per run and you should come somewhere near your golden figure.
Sounds flippant but it really is a silly question.

Phone a few companies up and ask them!! Tell them your fictitious load and see what pattern develops
