Got to collect from Pall EX Coalville in the morning
Any tips and pointers on what to do and what not ?

Nah its loads better, much more room and all in one place. Security are fairly good and will help out with where to go etc

Well… yes and no.

Yes they are, but it can be a struggle during day as they dont have so many staff knocking about, but I’ve never really had an issue there. Find a shunter. For a change they’re actually quite helpful!

Very good during the day, nice and quiet. Downside is less forkies but still fairly quick. Pull up to gatehouse, security ask who or what number depot you’re collecting for. Will give you a barcode card and usually tell you which bay, if not grab a shunter. Only downside is the cafe is shut during the day but Cafe “A” in layby on the left just off jct 22 M1 on the way in does a fantastic sausage, bacon and egg sub roll for not a lot of money :slight_smile: If the layby is full spin round at next roundabout, come back and park in the BP garge and walk up.
