Illage. It’s on the A46 but if anyone knows it it’s got a fair bit in the middle which is restricted to single file traffic and controlled by traffic lights.
Where does UPS man park his van?
Right in the middle of it as he walks off with his parcel.
What goes through their minds? At what point did he consider any other road users? I held back at the lights because I could see it but that obviously ■■■■■■ those off behind me until I pointed it out.
Always some twunt there doing that. Usually a courier who doesn’t give ■■■■ about anyone else.

Its Painswick, difficult to park anywhere if you are over 7ft wide.
Every delivery driver does it, if I recall its only double yellows not restricted.
Is that why it’s called Painswick.
I do enjoy rallying through there at night though through the lights in my rather loud Corrado VR6.

Surely double yellow lines and causing an obstruction (bringing the place to a halt effectively) makes it restricted?
