P&O Irish ferry adrift

Just caught the tale end of a news report a P&O Irish ferry to Larne is adrift, tugs and lifeboats on way to it.
They sack an experienced crew that have done that run for years and know those waters, and change them for cheap labour.
Coincidence or what?

Insurance job

I expect the outgoing crew loosened a few nuts and bolts before they left.

Apparently it’s safely back in port now.
