POA is just a way to extend your working day, the more that people use it then the more likely it will become the norm (and drive the wage rate down)

I am either working or resting. I really can’t see how you can be at work yet not be working.

Like you it’s work, drive or rest/break.

Tbh, I don’t take all this sh too seriously anyway as some do.(which incidentally tends to irritate one or two on here… much to my amusement). :laughing:

POA drove the wage rate down when it was invented, if it wasn’t for POA we would have been on a proper 48 hour week, with a better hourly rate.
