IF YOU GOT THE WORK YES
Normal traction for crap rates then no
You wont become a milionaire out of it but if work hard on good paying work will get a
better wage than driving for someone
Do it wrong and crap work plus lazyness then say good bye to your savings
If you don’t know anyone on the inside who will look after you for friendship’s sake or pound notes then don’t do it. 
Everyone else will have your pants down & bent over by lunch time. 
If you sub for some1 forget it. If you have your own direct work then go for it.
Living in Malta theres no were near the competition there is in the uk or the rest of europe for that matter just toying with the idea for the moment until i get more info on getting loads.

It was Alltrans JJ, Arends thats a blast from the past, they where forwarding out of Warrington when I was a kid, they’re a bit flash now though up at Newton Le Willows

I remember well waiting around @ Arends in Warrington to load for Spain, I’ve been to their yard in N-le-Willows as well, very"flash" indeed, all electric gates & smooth concrete.
