Yes, You can just take yourself in hand and have a word with yourself. As long as you have a workforce agreement :laughing: I heard you talking to yourself…if you need a witness

You cannot opt out of the RTD, but you can opt out of the night time working. If it makes you feel better you could write yourself a warning letter :stuck_out_tongue:
