I dont know what the rates are like but Trialout from ST Helens are pretty good to pull for doing Spain and Gib
Some of them are offering round trips from the north to Madrid and Barca for less than £2500, I don’t know how anyone can make it pay.
As for fridge work you need to look around Peterhead, Fraserburgh, exporting fish, that sort of thing. I believe you don’t do a great deal of sleeping though.

i wouldnt expect so with next day delivery.
we did a lot of fish down into italy up untill last year ive never had so many breaks parked up at 4 every night not starting till 5 or 6 and sitting round for 2 or 3 hours whilst people were on dinner im gutted we dont do it anymore
not done a great deal of fish to spain we moslty had beef 10 - 15 drops in madrid. happy days
