Agreed.A few years ago, I used to park s/b A1 Peterborough, local picnic area with toilets(!). Flipping nightmare.

a great place to park. clean, safe and free… although full off constant cruisers. amazes me you start work at 3am and they are still driving up and down 
ive parked there quite a bit over the years and never had any trouble of the doggers or the curtain slashers and diesel slurppers.
I’ve posted a number of topics about that lay-by. I used to patrol that little bit to prevent any dodgy behaviour during the day and always have said to drivers to use that lay-by as you will never have your load touched, unless you want it touched

My fav part of that program was when on of the girls offered this poor chap a perk up if you know what I mean… and he said he was cold and could he go in ! I howled…
I liked the bit when one of the hamplanets said that Terry’s(?) ■■■■ was too small to do anything with.

Out of curiousity doesn’t it need a further person to be offended by such behaviour? Always wondered what offences would be commited by doggers if no-one was there to complain■■?
Anyone can complain.
If your walking along a footpath for example and you see John and Barry getting it on in the bushes near to you, phone up and complain. That’s all it takes. - Someone will come on and say i am wrong, but it might be worth you looking it up on google.
The bit about anybody complaining I understand but if coppers find some doggers at it in the middle of nowehere and nobody has complained then what offence■■?
