When I found this out, I quit that place!
Yet he still doing it to this day!
The new (sorry, several new drivers that took my job and they then quit…) have been into our place a few times since, I have warned them about his practices, and got the usual ‘if I said no - he’d find someone that would’ reply.
There is no TM there, he’s a one man band that thinks he’s oh so big - going to take over the plant hire industry! 
As I say to many people… He’s the only person on this earth that can cut corners off a circle!!!
I could go on about other horror stories but I’ll leave it for now.
