did any one hear on radio 2 today about the lorry overtaking ban they are going to trial on the M6 in the new year?
Who the hell thought this one up, do they realy expect unladden trucks to stay behind loaded ones doing 30 mph or one of the nameless supermarket trucks driving up the road at 50 not a problem if you can pass, with the 48 hour week looming over us the last thing we need is unnesessary holds ups like this every truck wants to drive nose to tail so nothing can get on or off the M6 im going to leave it now before i start swearing…ian.
To me it just shows the total incompiedence of the transport agency to even consider a trial that involves an overtaking ban for lorries and is very worrying to think that these people who ever they are are involved in transport issues please please get rid of these people they are obviously idiots that have never had a ride in a truck never mind driven a car properly and safely (zb)indeed…
